At OPI learning sharing information and knowledge will be continues. All active OPI customer and OPI team members will be continuously and periodically monitored and measured on their respective learning attitude. All members will be notified on the training through an internal communication method.
It will be a “MUST TO ATTEND” program for all. To achieve higher levels within the hierarchy of the organization, sales performance alone will not be the parameter, discipline, conduct, punctuality, commitment and service delivery will be like yardstick of measurement along with training.
