About Grievance Cell

OPI Marketing strongly believes in sincere, transparent, and sharing approach to its users. Grievance or complaint includes any communication that expresses dissatisfaction in respect of the conduct or any act of mission, commission or deficiently of service and in the nature of seeking a remedial action but do not include the following:

3. Communications seeking guidance or explanation

(vi) To put in place a monitoring mechanism to oversee the functioning of the grievance handling policy
